01
Dream it
Start with the dream, then say what finished looks like.
"Get fit" can't be finished. "I cross a 5K finish line in an actual organised race" can. DreamBound asks for the finish line first, then files the goal under career, health, learning, personal or finance.
02
Tell it about you
Your experience, your pace, what usually stops you.
A plan for a complete beginner isn't a plan for someone coming back to it. Choose a pace from a few focused sessions to all-in, and name the obstacle that tends to win: fear of failing, getting overwhelmed, losing motivation.
03
Get the roadmap
The AI writes concrete steps, in order, with timings.
Concrete actions, no vague advice. Review the plan before you commit to it, edit any step, or regenerate it if it doesn't fit. Each step unlocks the next, so the only thing in front of you is the one that matters now.
04
Commit to a time
"I will do this at 07:00."
A step without a time is a wish. Set when you'll do today's step and DreamBound reminds you then. Your commitment sits on the home screen next to your progress.
05
Do the step
Focus mode for doing it, the AI coach for when you're stuck.
Focus mode clears everything but the step you're on. When life gets in the way, ask the AI coach on that step: it knows your goal and your plan, and answers with something you can actually do.
06
Check in
How it went, and how you feel about it.
A quick check-in after each session: how it compared to what you expected, how you're feeling, and a note if you want one. Over time it shows when you're at your best.
07
Keep the streak
Show up daily. Points, achievements and a shield for bad days.
Every step, check-in and finished goal earns points and unlocks achievements. Spend points in the store: a Streak Shield covers a missed day, a 2× boost doubles points for 24 hours.
08
Finish
Goal achieved. Then the next one.
Finishing gets a proper celebration. Share it, export the whole roadmap as a PDF with Pro, and start the next dream with everything you learned.
